Admissions and Records

The Admissions and Records Office serves students throughout their stay in college. Their services begin with an application for admission and end with a graduation petition and may include:

  • application and admission information
  • appointments for English and math assessment
  • distribution of the Schedule of Classes for fall, spring, and summer sessions
  • class enrollment and fee payments
  • class Adds and Withdrawals/Drops
  • attendance verification for insurance and other purposes
  • transcript requests
  • grade appeals
  • probation and disqualification appeals
  • certification requests to verify completion of CSU general education requirements
  • certification requests to verify completion of IGETC requirements
  • Career & Occupational Certificate petitions
  • Associate in Arts (AA) graduation petitions
  • Associate in Science (AS) graduation petitions.

The Admissions and Records Office is a valuable source of information regarding admission eligibility, admission fees, and the school calendar including holidays, semester breaks, application periods, and the final exam schedule.
