Tutorial ServicesThe primary focus of Tutorial Services is to provide assistance to students who wish to improve their academic performance. Tutorial Services will vary from campus to campus, but often include: a Math Lab, a Reading Lab, and a Writing Lab. Individual and group tutoring and workshops are offered in the Labs. In addition, computer assisted instructional software, reference materials, and instructional videos may be provided for student use. College can be overwhelming to any new student. Often students need study skills assistance. Special seminars designed to improve study habits, test-taking skills, time management and coping skills, may be available to help students succeed in their college experience.
